The plugin is loading correctly, however, when ever people start shooting at each other, the server crashes.

Also, when players join a team, although the # of players changes on each team, people still appear in the spectators list. Another issue is that the server is sending voice_com with a player by the name of ERRORNAME (with no voice).

The plugin hasn't been updated in a while and is probably broken. It is no longer necessary to use the plugin to get a 32 player TF2 server.
