I have a question.
I got Dirt 3 last night through an AMD/Steam promotion, but got 2 keys.
Can I trade the Cd-Key for a tf2 item?

Yes you can. That is allowed I believe. Check the Gifting Steam Games thread.

I have question. What rules apply to other virtual currency, for example World of Warcraft gold? Is this forbidden?

Items outside of TF2 are not allowed. Games outside of steam gifting is also not allowed. Drunken Fool has specifically stated he does not want any currency from other games suck as Runescape and WoW as this is a site for TF2.

Dumb question but how do I close my thread? I want to open a new thread but I can't find anything that let's me close my thread besides renaming the thread title to Closed.

You can edit the original post and ask an admin to close it.

Please keep all game trading/selling/buying in one of the two game trade sticky threads. Games can be used as "payment" in your item trading/buying/selling threads, but if the game is what you're buying/selling/trading itself, do not make a new thread for it.
On a side note; I will no longer add a note in threads that are locked due to early bumping, too many people early bump and it takes too much time to add a note. They simply will be locked.
