generally a "gun" accelerates a copper/lead projectile via expanding gasses from burnt powder. It is a tool which has no specific intent until handled or otherwise set in motion by a human. (Despite what some people would have you believe, firearm-phobes if you will.)

Mine can be found killing rattlesnakes, javelinas, or paper targets depending on the situation . Besides being a very fun hobby, I keep them around because I like being on near equal footing with the criminal elements of society. (although gun "control" laws make this very hard, since I am not a criminal and obey the law.)

I see where you are going and I do LOVE to have this debate in my spare time.

speaking of religion and guns, I read an article awhile back about some preacher who held a BRING-YOUR-GUN-TO-CHURCH day to show off constitutional rights. I thought this was pretty stupid.

if that is what you extrapolated from my post then I yield; there is no discussion to be had with you. You posted your option and can't back it up with reasoning. Standard knee-jerk liberal... stop watching MSNBC while you still have a brain.

Yes, because no shootings ever happen in a church. (or a school while we are on this topic)

no way, I think guns should REMAIN banned in schools and churches.

That way when somebody brings a gun with intent to harm all of the law abiding people are easy picking.

Wasn't virginia tech great? Banning guns helped them so much, look how safe people feel.

Woah, I'd seen that but I didn't know it could be turned into a mini-grenade launcher.
