CritCharge seems pretty cool... I think it's useful for heavies. Otherwise... I'm not sure. But it's definately useful. It happens so often that I heal someone and we enter some dangerous place together and we're just sitting there for a really long time without even getting hurt... in those cases, critcharge would be better than ubercharge.
