After placing the heavy on the base and attaching his head, the only piece left was the ... broken minigun.

In the first picture, you can see there is a chip in the surrounding with a crack underneath.
The second picture shows both ends.

I got mine today. For all the effort into making the packing materials awesome they just taped a piece of foam to the barrel of the mini-gun. Looks fancy put together, but the lack of hats makes me sad. I'm already making my own.
