Hey, what do the medals you seem to acquire next to your name represent?

the number of players you have dominated. You don't actually recieve a medal though...

Yes I thought that but they don't tally half the time with my dominations or maybe its bugged.

I'm not convinced that it's actually bugged; there are just a few tricks that the medal counter plays. One thing it does is to subtract the number of nemeses that you have from your dominations. Also, I think that it actually removes a domination medal when someone you're dominating leaves the server.

Somebody said that the bug is it removes two dominations when someone you are dominating leaves instead of just one. I don't know if that's correct and haven't checked myself, but it seemed reasonable.

it does. also, the most you can get seems to be around 75 (ammomod lets you do that) and then it turns into the scout icon, then the demoman icon, then goes blank.

the dude who was dominating was decent, but the dude who was dominated was the worst soldier ever. like paraplegic bad.
