cevo tf2 is dead, go away
@glouch the fun of 6v6 comes less from the goofiness, and more from the appeal of competition. getting to know people really well (even if online) and learning how to play with each other is really fun for some people. there's still a bit of humor, like running double pyros or double spies to a mid fight.
it's kinda like the satisfaction you get when you tune a machine just right; the machine isn't funny or anything, but it just works so damn well

Sorry I just don't see the appeal in any form of competitive video game when people take themselves too seriously. "Esports" tends to attract a lot of assholes who act elitist because they've memorized ways of getting to the middle of a map faster, and think they're funny because they have a key bound to "meatshot lolololololl"

Sure it's fun playing on a competent team, but the whole idea of playing a video game competitively is a little asinine.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bcwt8Mn6O...-trlTCDKwc I guess their MEATSHOT LOLOLOLOL binds were broken. You are so misinformed because there are quite a few friendly communities. And yes there are always elitist assholes and there are always people who brag/take it too seriously but that is the case for almost all competitions.
