Not true, the feelings I posessed when posting it only dictate the target.

Lets take this from another view: What am I ranting about? Rant's usually call for a central theme (included directly and A LOT).

see the issue here is our definition of "rant"
to me rant discribes the act of one making known there discontentment for a person, place, or thing, wether it be writen/spoken, or only infered
