Ranma Wrote:Hostel). It's not really horror, it doesn't really have any good plot.
.
I liked Hostel because if one can look past the graphic/gore, there is a creepy premise underlying it all. More so, I consider the isolationism of the main character. WIthin two days of arriving at said hostel, he goes from booze/music/women(being on top of the world), to being alone in a foreign land. It then becomes a race for him to flee with his life.
I can also probably relate to that movie on a certain level since I did backpack in Europe when I was 19.

Both the Saw and Hostel movies disturbed me. Honestly, after the first Saw movie I stopped watching, reminded me too much of my childhood.

I'm just as lost as you are on that one Ranma. Did this guy get locked in the basement, locked up in chains, with a saw?

There were always choices to make, none of which seemed to have pleasant results.
