Depends on what you think of when you hear/read high,but its an ok statement.
If you turn off mouse acceleration(raw input),and have control over your mouse dpi then that statement might just become a factment.I think no-heroes has a demo of me using this as a sniper, and they must have thought I was awesome...because I'm never allowed back.
