i have been trying to get the Source Fort 1.9.3 Source server to log in on it but it can't log it just says Attempting connection to 78.47.215.2. & never connects
& This is what i have

& How to i open the menu?

Your port is incorrect. Port 27015 is the server game port. For the remote admin panel, use port 2153.

It sounds like you haven't set up the users properly. Try reading this:
