I don't see how harassment is that much of a problem. At least on my current favorite server, whenever I hear anybody harasses anybody I talk everybody else into muting them. THIS brings up a good sourceop feature, you should be able to use a CVAR to temporarily disable somebodies microphone.

you dont see harassment as a problem becuase you love to get into arguments with ppl lol, but yes that CVAR would be a good idea.

I don't LIKE to get into arguements with people, I just can't stand most people's false sense of accomplishment, baseless aggression and bragging incessantly about their clan (which is usually a group of 4 people who suck by themselves so they make a 'clan' and stack teams. it makes them look better because they work together. also note that I use the term 'clan' loosely, as clans in TF2 generally don't matter)

AND, I know now (after playing on the servers) what you mean about the harassment. Everybody who plays on SourceOP (2fort instant respawn) was being a complete dick to everybody. There was one guy (Mat Edgeworth or something) who didn't even say anything if it wasn't derogatory towards somebody or something. This is a huge problem to me as assholes really piss me off...
