I agree that admins should be able to handle a certain amount of shit talking. I certainly try my best. However, it can become less playful and more aggrevating when it is constant or intended to be hurtful.

The modified direct hit was a test her and I did a few days ago and never was intended to be used in a real game. Sorry if it started trouble.

I can tell you that I can certainly tone it down (though I won't be 100% silent if I see stupid shit), but I can't speak for everyone when it comes to flak reduction.

Anyway the modded weapons are just toys for fun. I don't really want to make anyone mad with them, it's not worth making others mad for my own amusement. It's not a big deal I just won't use it anymore.

i don't expect anything to change, i just wanted to support sivic here because i hold sourceop in pretty high regard and i thought kitteh's reaction was juvenile (even considering why)

that said, the point that seems to have been glossed over here is that i can talk never ending shit to most regulars and get as good as i give if i'm not totally ignored and i expect nothing more from kitteh, but i'm not an admin so who gives a shit what i think

also, the direct hit thing was just a catalyst. she was 'laughing' about being saved from stickies by an airblast so i suggested we 'laugh' about a modded direct hit which was met with 'shut the fuck up wasn't talking to you' and so on, and i responded with 'BOOHOOOOO' which is generally as bad as i get (over and over, as the case may be)

df you can do no wrong in my eyes and if you spawn crit rockets on me over and over who cares that is fun, but if i am annoyed by someone on sourceop, say duplex, and i spam SHUT THE FUCK UP DUMPLEX that is cool but a couple BOOHOOOOs and i'm temp banned. surely this is madness.
