Secondly... Meh. Kaylee's been annoying at times, but I've seen worse admins around. She's kind of humorless when I've spent time in a game with her (maybe because I don't kiss her ass) and she does tend to get mad easily, but I don't think it warranted the tone of post.
A talking to might work, but she's not as bad as you're trying to make her out to be. This is like the Versed situation, where people are blowing things out of proportion.

as annoying as she is its not your personal opinion that decides who gets admin. But then again theres a fine line between cute and annoying and she really loves to cross it. so im torn here, meh do what you want i dont care at this point. also pics or it didnt happen.

the scramble is a result of a vote, though the admin has to initiate it. I don't even know how you can bitch about it, though sometimes it doesn't end up evening the teams very well
anyway, though this is the flame bucket, because you're discussing an actual problem that you have with the server or its admins, I would say you chose the wrong way to approach this. 'flaming' is not the right way to get someone to see your side of an issue. private discussion with DF would have been more sensible.
that said I don't approve of any of the weapons with modded statistics other than 'ooh shiny'.

you dont frequent valve maps do you bumpy? everytime the teams are even remotely stacked a scramble vote goes up if she is on. its annoying because they rarely help and if anything screw over people who know what theyre doing more.
