Harder because of the demoman that spam battlements because that's all they can do? Harder because of the spies that run up top for the easy sniper kills because that's all they can get? Yes. But that's not the point of a 1v1. I can still get 100% headshots with more players anyways. The amount of players will not affect my accuracy, just my kpd.

This was just before tron rage quit. Note, the only non-headshot kill was a kukri to tron's face. I was about to quit anyways because the noobies thought I was cheating.

I forgot to take a screenshot of the demoman spamming battlements all game and the spy on our team who was harassing blue's snipers all game.

Again you have little kills, I would rather have 100+ kills and some of them being bodyshots than having 31/31 kill/headshot ratio. Also, your probably a corner camper.
