Mailman's idea is really good
i think thats probably one of the better ideas.

maybe it would be good also to mix up the teams a couple times, to see what the best results would be.
cuz so far it only proves that the most skillful players dont always make the most skillful team
...or if that team doesnt have frost on it, u lose automatically

not that i have anything to do with it, but it would have to be like a draft otherwise a bunch of people would pick the same members. we used to do the selections by class like. First round picks are your demoman,then second round would be another class and so on. then after that you pick free agents (stand-ins that are welcome to play any class given someone doesn't show up)
