Forcing antialiasing doesn't make a game good.

I was raging because I just quit valve#1 due to massive hordes of crits rainning upon me everytime I dared leaving my teammates behind and scouting ahead.

It is more important to me that the fight be good than the outcome. I am not sure how relevant this will be to folks that did not play WoW, but when you are in gear from Serpent shrine cavern (25 man raid) and you fight someone in gear from say a heroic steamvaults (5 man on steroids) the outcome is damn near predictable everytime, the 25 man raid gear so out classes the 5 man stuff that it is not even worth wasting the time. So in WoW to be sucessful it requires, a schedule condusive to 24 other people, the willingness to put up with ill mannered children or the adults that emulate them, and the patience to grind this senario for months putting up with other people's bullshit just for the opportunity to try and win a dice roll on the 3 or 4 items that drop after 4 to 5 hours of work? When you are outclassed from the start that is only fun for one, that is to much like masturbation without the happy ending. And all of this can be yours for 15 dollars a month.

I completely agree with this pholosophy, I would rather pay to guarantee myself a spot on a server full of good people with a good set of admins behind it than to pay to be a part of a community on a game that needs a community to survive.

You shouldn't pay blizzard to make their game good for them.

To be young again and play countless hours on the computer. But
I'm married.....
with 2 children....
and a 3rd on the way....

And I do shift work....

OH DEAR <insert> TO BE ALLOWED TO PLAY ON THE COMPUTER AS MUCH AS I USED TO!!

Then again, if I had that much time, I'd be playing Battlegrounds Europe.
