Hey,
I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to contest a ban but I couldn't find information that suggests otherwise.
Anyway, I'll try to keep this simple. I got perma-banned last night during coldfront on the 'SourceOP.com TF2 [VALVE MAPS #2] [NO MODS]' server for apparently 'Wall Hacking' or looking like it I guess.
I wasn't hacking (I would know). I can somewhat understand how a person could get confused by someone having an uncommonly good round as huntsman sniper but firing into bottlenecks and getting lucky headshots is not the same as using hacks.
Is there any way to review the ban? Is there a demo? Not sure what evidence an admin might have that could possibly show I was wall hacking when I wasn't.
If this was some random server I would take the compliment and move on but SourceOP servers are 2 out of 3 of the servers I ever play on and I've enjoyed my experience on them for the past year or so and I'd like to continue to.
Thanks.
