What, in a computer, would honestly get hot enough to have the need to remove water constantly? I'm not saying just stick it in a tub of novec and that be that... Run it through an AC type system and viola, no need to worry. (mostly)

except for the issues I mentioned, I am sure you could use an aquarium pump to circulate oil around a radiator.
