When valve released the new menu scheme, I didn't really like it for a number of reasons: it broke my old menus, and it was very mac-ish. So I made a new one. 
I added buttons to join all of the SourceOP servers, since typing in connect [ip] every time can be annoying. I also added two other buttons: A reconnect button, and an Alt-Tab glitch fixing button. (invisible people, swimming on land, etc)

To install it, download the file above and extract it. Place the ui folder and GameMenu.res into C:/Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/*YOUR*NAME*/Team Fortress 2/tf/resource
