The problem you are looking for is that NOBODY in the media has the proper credentials to be commenting on any of the world events, and just because you can go and watch Jon Stewart and MSNBC and have the things over-simplified to the point where the central point is obfuscated (to say the least) doesn't make you an expert either.

True words indeed. The amount of lobbying money in Washington could be measured in truckloads, thus making it impossible to do anything that is actually good for the general public.

Up here, the question wasn't whether Coulter was a freaking moron or not. It was whether she was espousing hate speech. Her statements, while inflammatory, don't advocate violence/mistreatment against any specific group. Unfortunately, the loony left up here states that free speech is only free if the loony left agree with it. Otherwise the loony left will resort to violence or threats thereof to silence opposing points of view, like Coulter.

You know its funny (read: ironic) that all Jews are that prejudicial towards Muslims. You should watch ANY American news station and they will probably share that view with her despite bashing her for having it.

Most Americans are the same way, too. I saw a bumper sticker on a Chevy pickup the other day that said "I learned all I know about Islam on 9/11." People are proud to be that stupid.

I think it would be beneficial to genocide the ignorant instead of the Muslims, myself. If we did that there would be nobody left to fight these wars and we might actually resolve things peacefully.

I'm majoring in politics and I can tell you nobody who studies politics pays any attention to Ann Coulter or the likes of her. She knows little to nothing about politics; it's basic aggressive rambling from her. She uses no facts and no understand of how politics works (or interacts with the rest of the world). She and many others just make a name for themselves by being nasty and opinionated.

I'm a leftist (about as far left as it gets) and the left is filled with just as many rambling idiots. Its one of the problem with ideologues and the media's love for them. If it makes good entertainment, then they publish it.
