I think that Valve will still keep the VAC going, and while yes some folks can get around that in this game it doesn't matter how good a shot you are really. You don't level up and unlocks either happen with random at best drop system or a single time for a achievement.
•example CS:S, Half-Life Deathmatch, DOD:S, while yes there are a few hacker the VAC+Privet servers make it so you will only have this issue if you jump into a non-VAC game and a random named server. so lets all remain claim they've done this before and have faith.
••not to mention VAC is used on a lot of FPS online games besides Steam. Even EA paid valve for there support.
