I know it says reserved slots are non refundable but I figured it was worth a shot posting here. I would really appreciate it if I could get my reserve slot money back. I bought a reserve slot thinking that I would be able to play when the server was full during "rush hour" times, but this is not the case with the 16 reserved slot player limit. I understand why this feature is implemented, but I was unaware of it at the time I purchased my reserved slot. Like I said I am aware that it lists this as non-refundable, but I was hoping to discuss the possibility with someone.

EDIT: Well I didn't realize you guys had 2 stock map servers so I guess we can consider the request void till I try them out. If it's still a problem I may bring it up again, but we'll see.

I doubt you will get a refund, it's just 10 dollars for a slot. Even if you don't get one at least you helped df out.
