Admit it, your first post is totally screwed up, its saying
"Pick a number between 1 and 2" which is a decimal. Oh, and stop speaking English? Putang ina mo, sana mamatay ka kasi gago ka at walang hiya ka. And how is it implied? You have to say "or equal to" since pick a number between one and 10 means that it's between one and 10, meaning 2-9.

On a scale of 12 to 11, numbers arranged as they are on the face of a clock, rate your skills in vocabulary and grammar, please.
It is implied because it is a common implication. as stated with "pick a number between 1 and 10". Most people assume that 10 is an option. whenever anybody says pick a number between 1 and 10, 1 and 10 are usually options.
Just because you are an illiterate cretin doesn't mean that everybody else is.
and when did I stop speaking English? mooncalf? it's a phrase for the mentally ill. Troglodyte? it is a stage of human evolution associated with cavemen.
For future reference, when speaking to somebody more literately versed than yourself, try looking the words up in a dictionary before you assume that they are speaking a different language.

Some people get WAY too worked up about simple things... You both fail because you're argueing about textual implications on a gaming forum on the INTERNET. Bunny is right because you did say less than two but more than one, but Aalpha is correct in the fact that bunny is beating a dead horse and didnt just let it slide after Alpha's first reply to imply implication.

OmegaZero_Alpha's post does not make sense like Bunnyscreed has stated. Bunnyscreed, that does not mean you are my new best buddy and don't let the fact that you are right go to your head.
