As for me, it depends on my mood. I absolutely adore most spoken tracks from Silent Hill games. The type of musics in gaming varies so much, and I can't really say any games have the best, as each piece depends on the mood of the game setting.

I'm trying to recall some. Most dungeons weren't too good, though the overworld and (most) battle music was fantastic. Horrible is up for interpretation, though. Gimme a bit to surf through the soundtrack again.
