Reason Given for ban: Cheating: Queried CVAR voice_inputfromfile but received voice_inputfromfile=0

Ok, I have no idea what this means. I was banned from the prophunt server, one I have been visiting regularly recently.
If somebody could tell me what I did wrong, I would be grateful.

It was a bug. Unbanned.

Although if you have any insight as to anything strange that was going on in the server that may have caused it, that would be appreciated.
