plus, spy is only playable to people who like frustrating-as-hell runs behind enemy lines just to harass the enemy team/ get chopped to shit with my machette.

Spy just needs to be able to refill cloak by standing next to dispensers.

yeah, we can just wait until they release the next update pack in 3 months...
plus give the scout a riot shield so he can continue being useless.
plus, says nothing about getting cloak back from dispensers, just ammo on the ground.

but is there any actual difference between ammo on the ground and ammo you get from a dispenser?

you get bits of cloak from weapons and ammo packs
dispenser is just like the normal recharge rate x2
cabinet is instant
