Only terrible pub "clans" require fees because they want their own server to stack and stomp people on.

		Oh, and just so you know. Autobalance avoidance affects all donating members as well. Donating doesn't get you any magic privilege to ignore the rules. It does however grant you an excellent reserved slot.
