Hello everyone. I'm new to the Sourceop forums and I have a bit of a predicament with my hats in TF2. So I recently got a Demoman's Fro (today in fact), from randomly crafting 3 refined metals. I also have a Ye Old Baker's Boy in my backpack that I don't use for my Scout (I have a Troublemaker's Tossle Cap instead). I want to craft the two together, but someone has offered me a Tyrant's Helm for my Baker's Boy when trading comes out. Should I not craft my two hats together and wait it out, or should I say, "Hell with it, I want a better hat."?

Valve never put a release date on trading. Who knows when it will come out? Regardless I would at least wait for the engi update before I gave up a trade just incase valve decides to announce something about trading for once or anything. As far as things look it seems the crafting update was our trading update.

I really wish they would just come out with it. It's been a year since they promised it would come out. Honestly Valve, it's the most demanded thing the TF2 community presents, just make it for our sakes.

They didn't promise it would come out. They mentioned with brevity that they were considering it as a feature.

I have like 3 hats and have never even attempted to craft. So can we agree that I care the least about them?
