wow.... 10.07 for 3 miles? That's fucking beyond world record pace man. My best mile in the middle of soccer season was 4:52 and that was an epic once-in-a-lifetime run IMO. O.o I can't imagine that pace would be physically possible for ANY human.

Silly Versed.

well current record holder for the 5k is 12:37.35 by Kenenisa Bekele. So he can run that distance at 6.6 meters/sec you'd have to run 7.95 meters/sec to accomplish 3 miles in 10.07. So yea, I'll agree not currently humanly possible.

That's an intense mile. Versed, aren't special forces usually required to have at least a 6 minute mile?

It's been a long time since I did a PT test but I used to be able to do the 3 mile in about 17 mins or so.

I did a 3 mile run in like 2 minutes in a car. I don't run around on foot like some shit-chucking ape.

Never said we did.

I would explain the mechanics of how we get around, besides hitching rides, but it would take too long to type.

So just trust me when I say we can go fast.

But the record is for running, and crates don't have legs, therefore they can't run, therefore they are inelligible to break whatever the human record is. Not to mention they aren't human.
