So yea I can't use any of my heavy achievements on the server. Why? They work on every other server. Do you restrict it or something? Particularly my sandvich!

I had the same problem with my scout unlocks, give it a day or two and let it update itself, then you should be able to ue them just fine.

Likely scenario:
You connected to the SourceOP server. You left, and got all the achievements within a day. You came back to the SourceOP server, but the server had cached your unlock information and still thinks you have none.

Which server is this?

It was the valve rotation server. I played last night though and it was working finally.
