How can i remove Sourc Op in the server line, i want it removed because it's causing somewhat confusement under the players joining...

If you mean the game name, you can't. I feel it's necessary to have it there so that players joining know that they aren't joining a normal server.

If you mean the server's name, just change the hostname.
