without a doubt, the "negative" effects of using an ubersaw over a bonesaw were not well balanced with the positive.
IMO ubersaw damage needs to be lowered (a lot - while keeping +%uber/hit the same.) that way one has to choose between added utility and better burst damage

are you talking about how how it is minutely slower? (and by minutely I mean that it isn't noticeable and doesn't really matter as with melee you don't have that much of a chance to stand there and wail on them because medics are slow, and anybody slow enough to give you that chance will blow you away before the second hit anyway)
