MW3 not as bad as it seems

i specifically asked not to get it for xmas, but typically got it for xbox. i like the campaign (although very similar style (e.g. sniper mission is in city instead of snow or grass from mw and mw2)). spec ops are harder, and more fun. there is a mission where one of you is in a jug suit and the other sniping off a roof. survival is good, and in my opinion better than any zombies mode treyarch has come up with. multiplayer is basically the same as mw2 (which was a lot better than black ops anyway), which is why a lot of people hate mw3.

because i dont have xbox live, i dont play multiplayer much, and i just link up two xboxs and play 4 player survival with my mates, which is brilliant.

despite everyone saying it is shit, it is not. multiplayer is the same yes, but survival replaces multiplayer.

although i dont like the fact that a new cod game is coming out every year and the price is just going up. NO MORE COD GAMES

The last CoD game I bought was Modern Warfare 1, played it, enjoyed it quite a bit. I haven't bought any other iterations sense then, but have borrowed/played them at other people's houses.

My friend brought MW3 over a couple days ago and I enjoy it more than MW1, and way more than MW2, I'm probably going to end up buying it.

Hopefully they release a map pack containing MW1 maps, those were by far my favorite in the series.

Cod4 is still the best cod to date =p

and once they released drop zone i tried it again (i play on pc) and it was heaps of fun, shame there is only 1k ppl in the playlist so getting bad connection is an issue

It wasn't bad, it was horrific. Don't support lazy developers who just add a few new weapons and gadgets to the game and call it a brand new game, it was an expension pack / DLC at best with a new short campaign.


BF3 has its flaws, but I believe they deserve much more credit, improvements made were obviouse, you could sit down, start the game, and immediatly know you are playing a brand NEW game unlike with MW..2..3 Black ops 1.. and 2 coming out..most likely going to be the same crap.

Hate it, they just removed the best game mode, which was drop zone.
