its basicly made to help people with bad frame drops improve their FPS by atleast +20 Frames but in return ... make it look like shit. Which by all means is worth it. i have had this config for 2 years now. My computer use to be total and utter shit. But I improved it by quite a bit and i would love to remove the config because i think i would do fine without it. So if you know how can you explain?
