    Several major American ISPs has been filtering content for years, anyway.

    Also that website is the biggest load of conspiracy bullshit I've seen. They already have laws similar to this in place, but are impossible to enforce.

    also, they're saying that a law that's only dictated to IPv4 law will 'break the internet'? If only the entire industry had already been phasing that out for almost five years now...

    All they're going to do is force us around another stupid roadblock which will make pirating not only easier, but it will also make it so the shit that's ACTUALLY harmful *cough*child pornography*cough* is readily available to anybody. We can already bypass any government intervention with something like TOR.
