I'm having a great time in Skyrim right now, in Oblivion I felt like they thought of magic as more of a support for you class. In Skyrim, I feel magic can be its own class now you hold magic and can throw it like in Bioshock, it makes you feel like the magic actually has some power behind it loving the game so far.

Finally encountered a non-minor bug.
In a town, try to fast travel, the game tells me I can't fast travel while guards are pursuing me. I have no bounty, and talk to the guards, nothing happens.
It turns out, there was a dude in the companions (fighters guild) that was looking for me, because when I enter the area, he runs up to me with his weapon drawn, then initiates conversation. When I break convo and run off, he follows me and initiates convo again and again. Nothing I could do could get him to stop, saving/reloading, telling him to follow me, then wait, then return home, he followed me everywhere like a stray animal you feed.
He was a member of the circle in the guild that gives out repeatable quests for gold so I was slightly hesitant to do this, but I knew what must be done, I entered my house, and murdered him in my living room, finally ending my torment.
My housecarl (bodyguard), who lives with me, just said "You shouldn't do that" after witnessing the murder, then continued eating her meal.
His corpse is still on my floor.

They're not where they're based, not places I've been, I've tried waiting in the same spot for days to see if they'll "catch up", tried sleeping, loading... Everything... just, nope, gone.

Use the console to bring them back or teleport to them. They are probably stuck somewhere.
