Jacob is the most generic character in ME2. The only thing going for him is that he's black, but otherwise I don't think it would be possible to create a more boring character. If I wanted perfect realism, then yeah he's the sort of person that would probably be on the crew of a spaceship. But he's hardly a compelling character in terms of the narrative. Games/movies/books/etc are allowed to take liberties with realism in order to create more interesting stories- and they should.Originally Posted by Adder
