    Fuck steam support, i got scammed and i lost a lot of things and they didn't give me back one shitty hat, awful really

    Cause I sent a steam ticket and got max+5 buds back before when i got quickswitched, the steam support seams perfectly reasonable to me.

    It's all about wording. I've gotten 2 refunds from steam support to date, and I've written a support ticket for a guy who got quickswitched, I believe he got his items back. You need to be formal, polite and concise
