Is Womb Raider a billionaire who was singularly responsible for the un-nerfing of the sticky jumper, the nerfing of the demoknight, the death of a Russian hacker, and DF getting a job at Valve? I'm not the person to answer that, I don't have the answers, but maybe people should ask that question, and find the answers for themselves.
There are some interesting facts though that might help us all truly understand the possible conspiracy, and again, I'm just a simple player of TF2, so I cannot say with any authority, of Womb Raider controlling the destinies of players and TF2 itself.
Take for example the very fact that Womb Raider is a long-standing member of "The Ballers Club", due to his significant wealth. Fucking super models, owning islands. He clearly has wealth, and with wealth comes power.
Next, the fact his favorite weapon, the Sticky Jumper, was nerfed two months ago. http://www.sourceop.com/modules.php?...185&highlight=
He was clearly upset, and this may (or may not) have started a series of events that affect us all, even now.
It is also well known that Womb Raider hates demo knights. Of all shapes and sizes. http://www.sourceop.com/modules.php?...239&highlight=
His clear hated for the demo knight drove him to ban at random, for a highly illogical reason, players just playing the game. Even people such as Robin, on the TF2 at Valve, use this strategy. But Womb Raider doesn't care about facts (or he may, I'm just a simple TF2 player, its not for me to say). Ask yourself - have you ever felt so passionately about something you killed a Russian programer, blackmailed a high standing of a community all to get back your lost love and destroy your most hated foe? I'm not saying he did, but ask yourself - wasn't he in this scenario?
It's clear his ascension to admin surprised many. Was this because he found something so incriminating, so vile and immoral about DF that he was able to leverage it into getting an Admin position? I'm not saying he did, I love Womb Raider as admin, but it would explain the next part of the story.
If you had that much power over someone, hypothetically, would you stop at becoming an admin on the best server in the best community in the best game in the world? Maybe you would, but what if you were a billionaire? Would that satisfy you? Maybe it wouldn't. Maybe having that kind of power over someone, someone as talented and skilled as DF, could lead you to fulfilling other desires as well.
Let's look at some further evidence.

These pictures were supposedly taken in the United States. While I'm not an expert in photographic manipulation, it's clear that there are some pixels in the pictures that make you think that maybe something was being hidden. The first picture is extremely zoomed in and cropped, leaving something out. It's possible, and I'm not saying it's the truth, but it's possible that what's been cropped out is the body of a human that Womb Raider killed, for sport. It's documented that the extremely wealthy seek out thrills that us common folk cannot dream of, because all other thrills are so mundane. That's a fact. In modern media, stories like 'Surviving the Game' and 'Hostel' purport to be fiction, but isn't it possible that these are based on true stories? That Ice-T was really a bum that escaped being hunted by rich people for sport before rising to fame? I'm not the one to say, but it is an interesting coincidence.
The best place for this sport, which he might not even be into, as seen in the maybe true story of Hostel, is the former USSR. This area is also known to hackers, free from the binding laws of the rest of the world. It's possible, if he ever went there, that on a trip to hunt someone he met a wealthy hacker, and invited him to join the Ballers Club.
Knowing the skills that DF has, knowing the skills that this hacker, who may or may not have existed, Womb Raider had all the tools needed to get back his lost love and destroy his biggest foe.
So isn't it likely that Womb Raider had the hacker break into Valve's systems and add DF to the payroll, making him a full member of the TF2 team without anyone realizing it? It is a verified fact that the TF2 team spends all day making hats, so no one would question if DF showed up. They all knew him from dark days gone by, so figured it was only time before he joined them. Isn't it possible that Womb, and not dinner with the team, got DF to join Valve? It's interesting to think about.
Though the hacker, if he existed at all, knew too much. So Womb, having gotten to the next step of his master plan took the time to go back to one of those Slavic countries and hunted this hacker for sport. Or could have, if this is at all reality, and I'm not the one to decide that.
With that loose end tied up, it was now up to DF to finish the deed and free himself from Womb's grasp. DF, on orders from Womb, fixed the sticky jumper and nerfed the demo knight.
We don't know though if it was DF. It could have been planned by Valve all along. And, as DF said on SPUF they're fixing the demo knights. But is this what they're really doing, or is DF just distancing Womb from blame for the situation and letting the 'fix' happen 'in valve time'?
The thread is here, http://forums.steampowered.com/forum....php?t=2122441 decide for yourself. It's just another of the facts that might help you answer if Ballers Club International is responsible for this conspiracy, or if this is all coincidence.
I can't decide for you, think it through for yourself.
tl;dr - I WANT MY FUCKING DEMO KNIGHT FIXED, THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT WOMB
