Actually I wouldnt even notice because the average child of 10 isnt stupid enough to waste
money on vanity items, so anybody trading is already stupider than the average 5th grader.
Also note the grammar in tf2 item communities. I could type better than that when I was 8.

Actually to answer the original question they found that children raised on shows like spongebob are significantly stupider than those raised on educational stuff like sesame street...
