    actualy i have a 680i se sli, and i was wondering if that would cauze any problems seeing as how this mobo was made for overclocking the core 2 duo?

    im using about the same motherboard and processor combo. runs like a crackhead on more crack.

    Be sure to get a good cooler so you can take the processor to 4ghz, though. You have to abuse the 10x multiplier or the extra 250$ you are paying are wasted.

    i'm just gona stick with the in box model till i get water cooling, was gona get it anyway, and don't intend to actualy over clock till i up my ram/mobo/graphics, and that may not be till next summer

    im running 3.8 ghz off of a stock cooler, you don't need water cooling...

    Omega, you do realize that the only difference between O/C and not is only the numbers on benchmark programs? The real world user experience is not noticed in the OS environment.
