i have already reinstalled it... TWICE!

did you uninstall it first? (including local content, settings, saved passwords, etc?)

try resetting all of window's font and theme settings, including Steam's font settings.

I have a problem with steam that won't let me hold my Voice Configuraion settings, and has a problem in Natural Selection that when I try and configure my mouse scroll, the "next weapon" acts like it is in "fast weapon swap" mode and won't show the weapons menu...

yeah well only the idiot steam game players ever post there, well fix the problem, aperently something buged one of my text files, so i just had to reinstall them
