New admin commands

So this week I made some new admin commands (among other things):

• admin_unban - unban a SteamID
• admin_scramble - scrambles the teams
• admin_suddendeath - forces server to go to sudden death (TF2)
• admin_alltalk - toggle alltalk on or off
• admin_playerspray - sprays the spray of the specified player (useful for checking if a player has an offensive spray)

Also, the code that determines how much time remaining has been reworked to be accurate in TF2. Good stuff?

FINALLY! Something to get rid of those Meatspin sprayers! MUCH Kudos!

I was thinking of tracking player sprays and then you can look at one and then do an admin_whosprayed command (or similar name) and see who sprayed it. That way you don't have to try them to see who owns it.

It's possible, but I don't know if I will (encouragement helps).

I believe theres a mod for AMXX back in the TFC days that you point your crosshair on the spray and displays who sprayed it. Then admins can bind "Spray_Menu" to button to display commands like kick,ban,warn,etc.

Might wanna try something like that if possible. I'll gladly test for it.
