The tutorial is locked

I've installed SourceOP correctly on my Windows XP Notebook (SRCDS) - but i get this message when i type "admintut" in console:

Sorry, the tutorial is locked.

I'm really nearly suicide and i hope that some1 can help me :/

i finally found this in the file admintut_lock.txt:
This file locks the admin tutorial from being used again. Don't delete unless you want access back to the tutorial.

Hey, it's no problem. The tutorial is automatically locked after the first map of the server ends. This is to prevent other players from running it if the admin never did.
