Old srcds.so not have lag teleport problem. If i am update hl2dm server to newest version, my server have teleport laggs(frizz players on teleport). If i am delete sourceop vsp file, server not laggy in teleport and player respawn. Old version srcds.so+sourceop changed 11.01.2007 not laggy
Newest version server_i486.so changed 16.11.2007 + sourceop is laggy.
Newest version server_i486.so changed 16.11.2007 - sourceop not laggy.

did you not just prove that your argument is invalid? if both identical versions are having different symtoms than your theory that it is in fact the new update is obviously false.

give us some log files in plain english for the times you were using the teleporter so we can see any errors that may be causing the "frizzing" (maybe apply conditioner?)

I would also suggest reinstalling sourceop, and most likely the game connected to it, install all of the updates first, then install the newest version of SourceOP. (remember to backup your log files and config files, as well as backing up the defaults in the case that one of your configurations is the problem.)

I think you might have misunderstood him. He says it's only a problem with SourceOP with the newest hl2mp.

There is no teleporter, he is talking about "teleport lag" which I assume to mean player movement is jittery.

I'm not sure what would cause this, but I guess I will check it out and see if I can reproduce the issue.

Astron, if you could provide more details and a clearer understanding of the problem, that would help. Perhaps write it in both English as well as your native language (I'm assuming English is not your first language).

He quotes the same version for the "new one" though, which leads me to believe that he is trying these on the same version?

    He says
Newest server + sourceop = laggy
Newest server without sourceop = not laggy
