Removing the spectate option in TF2

So I have this map that I'm trying to afk on but every 3 minutes it puts me in spectate mode. Is there a cvar command or plugin to stop this? I've looked everywhere and can't find anything. Basically I just want my character to stay in the game, on the map forever without having to jump or move every 3 minutes
