OK, seriously people, how hard is it to keep your breath fresh? it takes like 30 seconds to brush, use floss, and maybe top it off with some mouthwash.

go ask your parents to get you a toothbrush and toothpaste, i'm sure they will be happy to get them for you.

and for those situations where you dont have access to running water and a toothbrush, theres something called gum.

a pack of gum at a gas station costs like, 39 cents??? seriously.
if you want i'll give you a few bucks and you can buy yourself some.

Recommended time for brushing your teeth is 2-minutes, which on doesnt sound like much, but when you have all of the mouthwash and accessories that you should have it takes a bit longer. (my teeth are so white it is almost ridiculous) The best way to keep your teeth healthy is:

1.Listerine Whitening Pre-rinse
2.Crest Simply white (2 tubes, one for day, one for night)
3. Some sort of floss
4. Listerine Tooth defense or some random crap (all dental hygiene products run together, because all of their titles state the dame thing) (heavy flouride, repairs immense damage done my excessive whitening)

Whole process takes about 5 minutes... plus there is the 30 minutes of not eating, which can put a huge dent in a schedule of you plan on grabbing fast food on the way to school.
