    I thought that it was because they are all off of the same backbone, it should always tell you 0ping-difference. (I don't think you add all of them together like in the first post, since they are not sequential.) I can run a separate ping, try out some more traceroutes, get a more detailed readout and post that.

    Instead of that program you used, try a normal tracert from command prompt.
