    Steam sale and Tropico 3

    Tropico 3 Gold Edition up for sale. Is that the *COMPLETE* Tropico 3 that includes all the add-ons? Steam wasn't quite clear on that.

    Anyways, the sale price is $4.99.

    worth it but not sure if it includes all addons...if it has absolute power, get it. its a bargain. I paid £20 for it about a year ago.
